Due to the hygenic nature of our hair extensions and no refunds are allowed on any grounds. Customer must complete all return request within 7 DAYS to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The hair extensions must be back on the orginal packaging which means not washed, coloured, cut, worn  or altered in any way.

Retrun items with full name, address, phone number and reasons for the return.
